Shipping & Methods of payment


What are the shipping costs within Germany and how long does shipping take?

We deliver your order climate-neutrally within mainland Germany! We charge a flat rate for
packaging and shipping of EUR5.99 for shipments with Deutsche Post GoGreen, EUR8.99
for shipments up to 10kg with DHL GoGreen/ UPS/ GLS, and EUR16.99 for shipments of
10kg or more with DHL GoGreen/ UPS/ GLS. The delivery time is usually 1 to 3 days. In the
case of prepayment, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is
issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the
conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the last
day of the time limit is a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the
working day takes the place of such a day.


What are the costs for national and international shipping?
The packaging and shipping costs for all deliveries are based on the specifications of our
shipping service providers Deutsche Post, DHL, UPS, and GLS and are calculated depending
on the shipping volume and shipping weight, distance, and work involved. You can find them
in the following table. For all other countries, please feel free to contact us directly.
Small-volume and low-weight consignments are delivered by Deutsche Post Warenpost. We
send all consignments with DHL, UPS or GLS. The prices can be found in the following two
tables.

Who bears the costs for returns?
You bear the return costs. Before returning an item or consignment, please notify us of the
return by e-mail to info@designplease.de. You will receive a returns note from us, which will
make it easier for us to identify the return. Then send the goods to the following address,
stating your order number:

When will the purchase price be refunded to me after goods have been returned?
As soon as we have received the returned goods and the perfect condition has been
determined, we will refund the amount to you using the original payment method. Normally
we refund the purchase price within 48 hours after posting the return.

Explanation of the means of payment
Cash on pick-up
Of course, you can personally pick up products that you have ordered in Cologne and pay for
them in cash on site. This saves you shipping costs.
You will be notified by e-mail when the items you have ordered are ready for collection.
PayPal
You can pay for you purchase with us conveniently and cashless using PayPal.
PayPal is an online payment service with which you can pay quickly and conveniently in
millions of online shops around the world. Once you have set up a PayPal account, all you
need to pay is your e-mail address and password.
Prepayment / bank transfer
If you choose prepayment / bank transfer as the method of payment, you will receive an email after placing your order that contains our bank details in addition to the order
confirmation. Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. You goods will be
shipped after receipt of payment.
Credit card (Masterpayment)
Choose the payment method Masterpayment if you want to pay quickly and conveniently with
your credit card. Credit card payments to us are processed by the payment provider
Masterpayment. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the contract is
concluded.
