Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a transaction for purposes that are
predominantly neither attributed to their commercial activity nor their work as a selfemployed person.)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- on which you or a third party other than the carrier that has been indicated by you have or
has acquired physical possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more
goods as part of a uniform order and these will be delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party other than the carrier that has been indicated by you have or
has acquired physical possession of the last item, provided that you have ordered several
goods as part of a uniform order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party other than the carrier that has been indicated by you have or
has taken possession of the last part consignment or the last item, provided that you have
ordered goods that are delivered in several part shipments or items;

by means of a clear declaration (a posted letter, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw
from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this
is not mandatory.
Timely sending of the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires shall suffice
for compliance with the deadline for withdrawal.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we have to refund all payments that we have received
from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from
choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us)
immediately and no later than within 14 days from the day on which we received notification
of your withdrawal of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of
payment that you used for the original transaction unless something different was expressly
agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided
evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than
14 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal of this contract. The
deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post as well as the
direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel post. The costs for goods that
cannot be sent as parcels are estimated at a maximum of EUR150.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling
of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the
goods.
Grounds for exclusion or termination
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the
consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to consumers who do not belong to any Member State
of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and
delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
Please avoid damage to and contamination of the product. Please return the goods to us in
their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a
protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable
packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit. Please do not return the
goods to us freight collect. Please note that the two aforementioned points in this passage are
not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
